Sydney Children’s Choir

The Sydney Children’s Choir proudly represents Sydney as the most prestigious and well-known vocal program for young singers of school age. Founded as a single ensemble by Lyn Williams OAM in 1989, it now includes approximately 500 young people, comprising of performing choirs and training ensembles. They are instantly recognised for their crystal clear sound and known for their precision and discipline, developing through regular training a courageous and compelling performance style.

Estonian Television Girls’ Choir

The Estonian Television Girls 'Choir grew from the children's songwriting children's editors' program for ETV, whose founder and music director from 1990-2004 was choir conductor Aarne Saluveer. Today, in the choir, 37 young women aged 13-20 sing in the choir, most of whom have musical education and choral song experience. The choir's repertoire includes religious and secular music from different ages, folk music treats with effective movement, modern pop music and jazz schemes, and vocal-symphonic forms.

Guangdong Experimental Middle School Choir

The Guangdong Experimental Middle School Choir was founded in 1952, and has won 13 consecutive championships of the Guangzhou School Chorus Festival. It has been awarded the honorary title of "Model Choir" in China. It is also a 12-time champion at the World Choir Games, making the Guangdong Experimental Middle School Choir one of the most prominent middle school choirs in China.

Inner Mongolia Youth Choir

The Inner Mongolia Youth Choir was founded in 2008, and is also known as the Inner Mongolia Arts University “choir base class”. It is the first of its kind in Inner Mongolia. Renowned Chinese conductor Yalungerile serves as their artistic director and choir leader, with renowned composer Se. Enkhbayar acting as the choir’s composer. The choir currently consists of about 80 members, most within the ages of 12 to 17, and all are from farming families on the plains of Inner Mongolia.

La Cigale de Lyon

La Cigale de Lyon is a French children's choir whose members are carefully selected from amongst young singers in the Lyons area. The chorus was originally founded in 1947 by Christian Wagner, and Anne-Marie Cabut has been its artistic director and conductor since 1995.

Nagoya Children's Choir

The Nagoya Children’s choir was founded in 1966 and has since then performed around the globe. Highlights include performing in the Hungary State Opera’s production of Bizet’s Carmen, singing at the 2003 International Children and Girls’ Choral Festival in Latvia, a concert tour of Australia in 2007, and in 2013, taking part in the St Petersburg International Choral Festival, where they were awarded the audience prizes in the modern and folk music sections.

Riga Cathedral Girls’ Choir TIARA is one of the most vivid musical units in the concert life of Latvia. Since its foundation in 1997, it has grown into a concert group that gathers 97 singers, age 9-16 and is artistically led by conductor Aira Birziņa.

Valla Voices

Valla Voices began as a small group of friends singing for their local Christmas Carols event in 2015 in the beautiful Mid North Coast south of Coffs Harbour. It was such a success that they began to rehearse weekly in our lounge room amongst the rainforest and macadamias in Valla Rural, sharing food and weekly happenings with a focus on singing fine choral repertoire from around the world.
